The Process

Custom Wayfinding System Setup - Simple Steps

  1. Define your back-end system (Konami, IGT, Light & Wonder, etc.).
  2. Initial consultation (video call) to review goals, system requirements, and scheduling.
  3. On-site audit to evaluate integration, server setup, desired features, display locations on the casino floor, other destinations, and recommended hardware (kiosks, wall mounts, etc.).
  4. Scope of Work submitted outlining project details.
  5. Contract approval.
  6. Gaming licensing requirements are reviewed and processed if needed.
  7. Provide CAD file and machine list so programming can begin.
  8. Request required “Views” from your gaming management provider (we assist with this).
  9. On-site photo shoot (typically 1 day per 500 machines; can be combined with site visit).
  10. Programming phase begins and may take several weeks.
  11. Installation and testing of hardware and connectivity; testing may take a few days.
  12. Training: we train your team to manage floor changes using our Mapping Editor.
